These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through nothingstaysclean.com.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between NothingStaysClean and customers through our online store.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction primarily for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, designs and product information as accurately as possible.

Slight variations in colour, size, placement or appearance may occur depending on the production process, display settings or the individual product.

Many products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

Customers can add products to their cart, review their order and correct input errors before submitting the order.

By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when we accept the order, for example by sending an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in our store are shown in the currency indicated during checkout.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is completed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify or other third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination, product and fulfilment provider.

Delivery times stated in the store are estimates unless a binding delivery date has expressly been agreed.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages where products are fulfilled by different production partners.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under German and EU consumer law.

Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain goods that are individually manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

8. Returns

Additional voluntary return options, if offered, are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A voluntary return policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

Statutory warranty rights apply.

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@nothingstaysclean.com and provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Statutory liability provisions remain applicable.

12. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, logos, photographs, texts and other content published by NothingStaysClean are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior permission unless such use is permitted by law.

13. Data Protection

Information about the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable Law

German law applies to contractual relationships with NothingStaysClean.

Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer habitually resides remain unaffected.

15. Online Ordering

Before submitting an order, customers are provided with the opportunity to review and correct their order information. German law also requires online shops to provide certain information clearly before a customer submits a paid order.

After an order has been submitted, an electronic confirmation will be sent without undue delay. Customers must also be able to access and save the applicable contractual terms, including the Terms and Conditions, when the contract is concluded.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary. The version applicable at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
